How Can I Set A Contact As A VIP In Mail On My Mac? Get Mail opened from your Dock or Application folder. Tap on any email from the individual you intend to mark as a VIP. Tap the arrow that becomes visible when you hover over the individual’s email account’s name inside the “From:” box. Tap “Add to VIPs.” And you are done. I cannot understand why Apple is not able to fix such bugs. Will it be a never ending story, meaning appearing again and again with every OS X update like the Gmail bug? Nevertheless, you can bypass the VIP mailbox bug by selecting the ‘All Mailboxes’ view. Update: The VIP Mailbox bug in Apple Mail is fixed on macOS 10.12 Sierra.
Add as many email accounts of any type your like to Airmail. (Gmail, GSuite, iCloud Mail, Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, IMAP and POP3).
